Because we work with multiple suppliers through dropshipping, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and your location.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking information.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you right away.

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is provided to us.

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the expected delivery timeframe due to unforeseen delays during transit. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience should this occur.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will issue a replacement order at no additional cost.
Delays may be more common during busy periods such as year-end holidays (November–December), major promotions, or other peak seasons.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.
Orders typically require 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, transferred to logistics, and forwarded to the post office).
After your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up the package. An email containing your tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
In rare cases, processing may take longer than expected—especially during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during such times.
FRAGILE ITEMS & DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

We take extra care when packaging fragile items such as glassware, ceramics, and home décor accessories to ensure they arrive safely.
However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Please note that slight variations in color or texture due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material characteristics are not considered defects.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes before it is processed, a $20 transaction fee will be charged per order.
If we inform you that the order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
