Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

After processing, shipping times are approximately:
• USA: 3–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–12 business days
(Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.)

Because we work with multiple suppliers through dropshipping, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and your location.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking information.

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you right away.
Please note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has shipped.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order.

However, we may introduce promotional free-shipping events in the future, so stay tuned!

You will also receive an email with tracking information, so you can follow your package in real time.

For returns, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
• Provide your order number or receipt.
• Include clear photos of the product showing it is unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to complete the return process first and then place a new order.

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

For functional issues or malfunctions after delivery, warranty and technical support are typically handled directly by the manufacturer.

If the issue occurs within the initial return period, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.
